What happens to your skin/body if you don't remove your blackheads?

I have some blackheads on my nose and its been there for years. What are the side effects of ignoring my blackheads? I heard that they may turn into moles..What happens to your skin/body if you don't remove your blackheads?
after a couple of months they should go down. but what i would do to stop them is NOT to squeeze them, that only brings WAYYYY more in and makes it all red, but to get face cleaning pads to wipe ur face every morning. i would suggest stridex. it doesnt sting when u put it on and it helps in about a week or two. GOOD LUCK!!!! :) btw not everybody actually stares at ur black heads. HUGE chances are that we have our own, but girls have make up to cover it. so ABSOLUTLY DONT lose self confidence about it.What happens to your skin/body if you don't remove your blackheads?
the only side effect is that i will stare at them while im talking to you (cant help it) and when ur gone i will fantasize about squeezing them!
They will feed on the pour then the will come off just wash your face more than twice daily WITHOUT soap to speed out the process....

They're just partially block pores so if you let them go without any cleaning at all they'll progress to zits
Haha, uhm they don't turn into moles. They just stay there.





But those are gross so I suggest removing them.... soon.
