have a good diet drinks plenty water an eat plenty fruit
whatever you eat affects your hair skin nails !
keep greasy hair off your skin and dirty hands
wash your face with blackhead scrub 2x a day ( just go to your local chemist or boots/superdrug depending where you live and theres loads of choice of blackhead scrubs)
