The only way to REMOVE blackheads is to extract them, but I wouldn't do that yourself unless you are really gentle. Try using an exfoliant - Clean %26amp; Clear is okay, but you'd be better off with a more professional product. If you are consistent (use 2-3 times a week), you should definitely notice a difference.
the first thing is to get a loopha pad. There kind of rough and are excellent for your nose. You might find you get rid of alot by cleaning them with these pads. They are very inexpensive. If you feel you must pick them, get a HOT washcloth and use the cloth to squeeze. By it being hot, they come out easily, without scarring. Sometimes the more you do, your skin may break out. I think the cleaning is the best because blackheads are an acculmination of dirt and air. Hope that helps
Its amazing that you asked about this. On tv they were just talking about how clinique and loreal products are not good and they recommended this website www.warmspirit.org/Marion. Oprah had spoke about the earth mask and herbal toners, mango body scrubs that were wonderful. She liked them because they were all natural and list the ingredients they use. If you are serious I would order it, stick with it for a month. Tyra swears by this stuff. Also WE TV had it on there show if this helps.
try the Biore nose patches that you can purchase from any pharmacy, walmart,walgreen etc. they are like bandaids that you put on your nose and pull off. When you pull them off they pull the blackheads out onto the patch.

not so sure about the blackheads but for other problem zits Neutrogena Rapid Clear works great
